Shipping & Returns
Shipping and handling costs are in addition to the price of your order.  Please contact us for more information.

We ship by ground using UPS, Greyhound or Canada Post .  Many items can also be shipped by air, however additional charges and some restrictions will apply.

Please allow 2 - 3  weeks for delivery.  We can not be held responsible for shipping delays once en route.

Rush orders can be expedited, however, additional charges will apply.

Potentially hazardous materials such as batteries, paint, oils or chemicals cannot be shipped by air or Canada Post.  UPS ground rates will apply.

Back-ordered or out-of-stock items are beyond our control.  If you have placed an order and an item is not currently available, you will be contacted and your payment for that item will be refunded, or on your request, we can process the payment and ship when the item becomes available.  Either way, we will provide you with our best ETA.

If you receive an order that has been damaged in shipping, do not accept it.  Do not sign for it and have the shipper return it, then contact us immediately.  Damaged shipments are the responsibility of the shipping company.  Brand New Old Bike cannot be held responsible for items damaged in shipping, but we will ensure you get your order in new, undamaged condition as quickly as possible.


Returns are subject to the following conditions, however some exceptions may apply.

Please make sure you are ordering the correct part(s).  Contact us if you are not sure and we will be glad to make sure you get the parts you need.

A 25% re-stocking fee will apply unless we have shipped an incorrect part.  Special order items are non-returnable.  Normal shipping rates will also apply.

Contact us immediately to notify us should you need to return an item within 10 business days of receiving it.  E-mail is the preferred communication.  You will receive a confirmation and shipping instructions.  All shipped items returned must be received within 10 business days of when you receive the confirmation notification.  In-store purchases can be returned within 5 business days.

All returns must be in the original packaging and include a copy of the original invoice.

No returns on electrical or electronic components

No returns on items that have been mounted or used.  For example: tires, batteries, seats, exhaust systems, chrome accessories, body parts (fenders, tanks, etc).   Exhaust system are not warranted against bluing beyond the guarantee offered by the manufacturer.

All used parts have been cleaned tested.  If not in reasonably good and usable condition, we don't sell them.  No warranty or returns on used parts.
